Dickinson Property Group know building and development. We’ve been doing it since 1965. We don’t just build for the sake of development. Our experience has taught us to know where people want to live and how they want to live.

Building, subdividing and developing residential and commercial properties has been our practice for over 40 years. As such, we understand what buyers and investors want. Central locations, practical design, good existing infrastructure and forward planning.
With a proven track record of delivering developments and custom built homes recognized for their quality and affordability, we’ve been able to help many home owners build their first and subsequent homes and many investors build substantial property portfolios both privately and through their superannuation funds.

How We Do It
Dickinson Property Group follows strict processes in order to deliver custom built homes & development projects from concept to completion.
Firstly, we concentrate our building and development in areas that we know well and have repeatedly given proven results. These include the Local Government Areas (LGA) of:

Secondly, we oversee and keep most things in house including:
RESEARCH
- We constantly monitor current and future price trends, economic, social and environmental trends, major infrastructure projects and future planning in order to source opportunities in locations set to prosper
LAND ACQUISITION
- We regularly source our own land by negotiating prior to release with a developer, land owner or by carrying out our own subdivisions. We also build on land brought to us by our clients.
COMPLIANCE
- We look after all compliances including Council and Government regulations, water and energy utility authorities . This ensures that our developments meet all essential criteria and run smoothly.
CONSULTANTS
- We have a team of reputable consultants and suppliers including Architects, 3D Renderers, Town Planners, Surveyors, Engineers, Geotechnical, Environmental & Resource Consultants etc. to prepare for our developments.
DESIGN
- We design our own houses and create 3D rendered images so you can appreciate the end product before we start. We design with the knowledge of the area and its trends, taking into consideration the purchaser/occupant or investor of each project in order to maximise desirability and saleability. We also work with existing client plans.
CONSTRUCTION
- We build our own houses. This ensures total control, maximises efficiencies and delivers projects sooner than many other companies. It also maximises returns by delivering a cost effective project for home owners, investors and ourselves.
By maintaining our focus areas and keeping research, design and construction processes in house, we’re able to fast track our building activities, maximise stronger returns and transfer many cost savings to home owners and property investors.
